We understand that sometimes you may wish to cancel your order. At Shaligram.in, we keep the process simple and transparent.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, please contact us immediately at +91 9105707707 with your order details.

• If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a full refund to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Dispatch

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may place a return request under our Easy Return & Refund Policy within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds for cancelled orders (before dispatch) will be initiated within 3–5 business days.

• The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card/Wallet).

Exceptions

• Customized or specially sourced Shaligrams cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
