• We are dedicated exclusively to providing authentic Shaligrams sourced from Nepal’s Gandaki River.

• By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website under the supervision of a parent/guardian.

2. Product Authenticity

• All Shaligrams are natural stones sourced from Nepal.

• Each Shaligram is unique in size, shape, and markings. Minor variations are natural and not considered defects.

• Certificates of authenticity are provided with each purchase.

3. Orders & Payments

• Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes.

• We accept payments via secure gateways (UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.).

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across most locations in India.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (except COD orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Products are dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.

• Delivery time is typically 5–7 business days, depending on location.

• Shipping delays due to courier/logistics are beyond our control but we will assist in tracking.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery under our Easy Return & Refund Policy.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all certificates/packaging intact.

• Refunds are initiated after inspection and are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible; the return policy will apply instead.
